Maderomotors LLC operates maderomotors.com and a retail store at 2900 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33137. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at info@maderomotors.com.

When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We need these to confirm the order, arrange delivery and contact you if something changes.

When you book a test ride: your name, email, optional phone number, the model you want to ride and the date and time you chose.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor. Card numbers are entered into the processor's form and are never stored on our servers.

Basic technical data: your browser sends an IP address and user agent with every request, as it does with any website. Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

We use your information to fulfil orders, schedule test rides, provide warranty and service support, and answer your questions. If you ask us about an order, we use it to find that order.

We share data only with the companies that make the order happen: our payment processor, shipping carriers and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it, and every message we do send has an unsubscribe link that works.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and tax purposes — generally seven years, as required for business records in Florida. Test ride bookings are deleted once the appointment has passed and any follow-up is complete.

Write to info@maderomotors.com and you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, and we honour them for everyone.

We may need to keep records connected to a completed purchase even after a deletion request, because tax and warranty law requires it.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfect, so if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

Our products are not sold to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to the customers involved.
