Where we don't ship
We ship to all 48 contiguous states, but not to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Freight carriers price those routes as ocean or air cargo, and on a full-size e-bike the surcharge costs more than the bike. If you're there and still want one, write to us and we'll quote a forwarder honestly instead of hiding it at checkout.
Large items
Full-size e-bikes and dirt bikes ship freight, not parcel. That means a delivery appointment rather than a package on your doorstep — we'll coordinate the window with you by phone.
